In Ebisu - newly remodeled ramen house is one of the city's most popular. Miso char-shu ramen is 1150 JPY and is truely excellent!
Ebisu station north entrance - if standing by the KOBAN go across the street then turn left. Follow the street down about 2 blocks. You will see the counter, it is very clean and brightly lit. Normally there is a line, but they move people through at a good clip.
Upstairs is more seating. Now serving goyza.
