Tiny, difficult to find, and quite possibly some of the best Mexican food we've had in a long time (the margaritas weren't bad, either). The owner (who speaks English, lived briefly in Mexico, and plays the ukelele like a pro) at first denied that his bar serves food. Having walked half the length of Tokyo searching for this restaurant we refused to be dissuaded by his claims. In time he began offering bits and pieces, and eventually we had a whole meal. It was definitely worth the effort.
